HGE is 100% Minnesota — an LLC in transition to nonprofit status, built on a mission of service and giving back. This page states who we are, what we do, and why. And even if we remain an LLC, the mission doesn't change — we will continue giving back either way.

HGE is organized as a Minnesota LLC, formed and operated in the State of Minnesota — L'Étoile du Nord — and currently transitioning to Minnesota nonprofit status.

Built from the ground up — the resourceful way.
When I built this organization, I no longer had the capabilities I once had in the United States Air Force. So I dug up old contacts, liaisons, and colleagues — and found new mentors with the knowledge to help me build something of my own. With a fraction of the funding and a lot of resourcefulness, HGE was created: proof that the mission doesn't require big budgets, just the right people and the will to deliver.
